Super quiet, quaint little neighborhood that's close to restaurants, breweries, downtown and I-70 highway (the main access highway to the Mountains).

Uber and Lyft are fully accessible and once requested, usually under 10mins away, depending on time of day. RTD public transportation and light rail stations also jut a few blocks away.
Respect neighbors and keep noise down or inside after 10PM.
No smoking (of any kind) inside the home.

Denver Graduation Trip

The house was neat and appeared to have some cosmetic updates. However, It has foundation issues. It is literally sinking in the middle. All floors sink towards the main bathroom. The back yard was great for the dogs. They loved it. The house could also use a little more seating.

Great stay!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding with our 10 month old Newfie, Nola. We were very pleased with our stay. The yard was great for Nola, quiet neighborhood, house was clean and as depicted on site. Great stay and would book again! , great communication
