To start, we received very detailed instructions on access to the building, room, etc. That was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. It was set up like a mini apartment. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice. Having a grocery store below the building was very convenient. The train from the airport is also less than two blocks away. We walked everywhere downtown. The location was perfect!

Perfect location for a baseball trip! We took the train from the airport to Union Station then walked across the street to Sentral. The building has amazing amenities including a pool, games room, gym, ect. The Whole Foods inside of the building was great and even had its own elevator for Sentral guests. Coors Field was about a 10min walk from the property. Would stay again.

I had high expectations for this hotel based on the cost & reviews. I booked it because the rooftop pool looked amazing in the photos. The pool deck was filthy and the pool seemed to be unheated and was too cold to use. The building is mix of apartments and hotel rooms, which was not clear in the description. Staff allowed homeless locals to rest in the lobby. The rooms were ok with a small kitchen. The bed was advertised as a queen but was smaller than a standard queen bed.

African American lady working the front desk for check in was extremely rude to not only customers but coworkers as well. People paid for early check-in’s which could not be accommodated and she was extremely rude about it and check-in was also pushed back and she was extremely rude about that as well. We will go elsewhere next time.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was clean, spacious, and even nicer than we expected. The location was perfect — close to plenty of things to do and explore. We wish we’d had more time to enjoy all the amenities, but we hope to come back and stay again in the future!

Nice Location

Clean, comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. Loved the walk in closet and plenty of hangers. Location is very good. The bittom floor has a Whole Foods which was so convenient. We walked to many nice shopping and dining areas. On the downside, the parking app that gets you into their garage, is terrible and was a huge frustration. The apartment was very contemporary and lighting in bath and kitchen were terrible. Besides the batstools the only seating was a very hard loveseat and one modern chair, no tv in bedroom so no place to relax and get comfy. Not enough dishes or silverware to put in dishwasher or we'd run out so had to handwash our cups and plates each time. At this price point, I feel this could be improved.

we had a very comfortable stay. we were glad to have a washer/dryer within the unit plus a fully stocked kitchen. They included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a couple detergent pods and dish soap to use during our stay. The check in process was very easy and there were many areas to hangout within the hotel plus a very nice gym.
