Well first off vallet completely rude , then the room wasnt even clean opened up a drawer and there were under clothes . Had to call service to come get them and he was rude as hell as well sorry we spent almost 400 to come enjoy the hotel and have a night out. This hotel is the only one we ever stay at when we come to denver , we have always had the beat experience he but this time was the worst ever. I hate to say the front desk staff is terribly untrained. I had to fight for the breakfast add on I purchased. I paid here on the application, in advance, for the total stay of two nights, and made sure to save my two checkout invoices that showed a zero balance on departure. Two days later they billed my Amex for an additional night when I was long gone. I contacted corporate and now I am waiting, and additionally made a dispute with AMEX for $310. Watch your charges !!!!
