My husband made a reservation for 2 adults ( he and I ) at this property and paid for it with my CC through Expedia. Upon check-in at the property, I was told that I could not check in since my husband was not with me. So I waited until he arrived. We tried to check in and was told that a CC was needed to pay for incidentals. I produced my CC, which was the same CC that was used to pay for the room (which again was pre-paid) and we were told they would only acceot a CC in my husbands name since he was the one who made the reservation. VERY inconvenient. We opted not to stay at the property due to the inconvenience and the very very unaccommodating staff. Hotel not located in the best area either. We went right down the road a bit to a hotel we had stayed at previously and was met with better prices, a clean room and MUCH nicer and more accommodating staff.
