This was a wonderful choice if you are attending events at Ball Arena, or the surrounding area. It was a 20 minute walk (at a brisk pace) on busy streets with plenty of other people.

Was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was big and clean. The gym/pool/ courtyard were very enjoyable. Had an issue with the fire alarm battery dying and I reached out through the app for it to get changed and someone showed up very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. I think the only thing I wish there was more of was trash bags and maybe a couple more pods for the dishwasher so I didn’t have to track someone down for it but honestly not a big deal. Overall loved it!

Family stay was perfect!

Every detail was perfect for our family trip. The communication through their app allowed us ease of getting into our place. We paid for parking in the garage and there was plenty and the facilities were ideal for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was clean. We loved it and will be recommending it to a lot of our family and friends when they head to Denver.

Sometimes this place is very affordable

Not your normal hotel. But much better! Sometimes this place is very affordable especially for what you get over a " standard hotel room" Iv seen a concierge person at the front before but its more a self check in and service via the app. The " rooms" are normal apartments or studios with full kitchens dishes and utensils and my favorite part....**Washer and dryers in each unit*** . On each floor they have extra towles, paper towles, coffe, toilet paper.... All the little necessities available to grab your self if needed incase you run out. Alwsys very clean as well.

Liked this place a lot, very clean, spacious, organized. 10/10. My only suggestion would be to install signs from the parking garage to show the split in the hotel. Was pretty confused on finding our room. Other than that the place was perfect

Courtyard and pool area was super nice. Barbecues, big outdoor fireplace, cornhole, bocci ball, and pool were just outside the patio door. Plenty of parking if you wanted to pay $30 a night. Why not just include it in the nightly price instead of a "hidden " add-on? We ended up parking on the street which was crowded due to restricted parking hours for the residential streets.

My boyfriend and I loved and enjoyed our stay at Sonder, it looked just like the pictures. unfortunately our shade in the living room had a malfunction which made it kind of difficult getting out of the balcony door and I noticed it could've been just a little cleaner. I noticed some stains on the sliding door and hair that looked like it belonged to some else in a few areas. However the stay was amazing, really felt cozy and comfortable like a home away from home. Although the parking is a pain, I loved the area. We were able to find some parking which was really good during our stay because parking is difficult and parking in the garage, I was told was $30 a day. Overall I loved it and will definitely stay again.

When we checked in, we realized that there were no towels in the whole place to clean dishes or to dry ourselves off after a shower. We found other people's soap in the actual shower, which also was not cleaned. You could see on the hardwood that some liquid was spilled before and never cleaned up as well. I called and texted multiple times for towels, they said they were going to bring them and never did. We purchased some food at the grocery store to cook in the kitchen. There in the oven did not work. We told them about it being broken and they told us to look it up on YouTube to see if we could fix it. Total joke. Horrible place, do not stay here if you want any communication or basic amenities.

I love Sonder, and try to stay at their locations whenever I travel. So, I know they’re usually on top of things. This room however, had someone’s used soap bar still in the shower on top of the shampoos, and had q tips next to the bed. I felt it wasn’t cleaned properly, but I’m hoping this is just a one off situation. Also wish they had salt/pepper like at my last locations. I had to go out to get some since I thought they would have it. I loved the view, big windows, the fact you can get your amenities quickly and easily.

The real issue, though, was the staff. They blatantly lied to my face, claiming they had warned me about parking—when I had parked in the correct spot. Moments later, they called a towing company, leaving me with a ridiculous bill to get my car back. Absolutely unacceptable. While my stay itself was decent, the dishonesty and lack of accountability ruined it.
