Best house ever! The game room and the backyard is perfect for kids of all ages. The house has everything you might need and more, spices, coffee, Kleenex, etc.. probably the best stocked home we have stayed in. Also kitchen pots and pans were so easy to clean, knives were sharp and lots of cooking utensils and serving dishes. My grandson said he wanted to live here! A perfect stay.

The most well-stocked VRBO rental house we’ve ever stayed in! It’s an older creaky house but the entire inside has been remodeled in a clean modern style with beautiful furnishings. Kitchen has tons of dishware, cookware, spices, coffee pods and often-not-found equipment like a blender, meat thermometer, cheese grater and outdoor grill, all of which we used to cook healthy dinners. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, hair dryers that actually work, and detachable shower heads. Beds were fairly comfy, the bedrooms had multiple luggage racks and the kids room even had a closet full of kids toys. There was also a highchair and kiddie table with mini chairs, and a fun game room downstairs. This rental is close to Starbucks, grocery stores and pharmacies and the owner was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again

The house was very well equipped for all of our needs. I booked the house so that we could do small team meetings with local colleagues, and the space was perfectly accommodating. Our sister stay was lovely!! We drew 5 random tags to assign our rooms so we each had our own space. All of the rooms were very comfortable. The house was very clean and well decorated. There were plenty of towels and any other items we needed. The owner was quick to check that we were good with everything and when I had any questions the response was prompt. We were within 30 minutes of Red Rocks so planning for our concert was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property!

AMAZING Experience

First of all, I was blown away with how clean the house was. It was immaculate and nothing seemed out of place. The place was also stocked with everything we needed. Anything we needed for cooking, whether it was spices, oil, a utensil, or some kind of cookware, it was provided. Bathrooms were very clean, and I appreciated the automatic hand soap dispensers. Also, the host was PHENOMENAL to work with. Very clear communication, check-in and out was a breeze. They went the extra mile to accommodate us, and even returned an item to us that we left in the house. I can honestly say I have not stayed at a better vacation rental.

The place was clean, spacious, and fun. The kids loved the game room in the basement and the open kitchen and living room on the main level were nice for hanging out while eating. It also had a well stocked kitchen where you could do lots of cooking if you wanted too. I’d stay again.
