I lived in Parker for more than 25 years and remember when this hotel was built. I’ve always been curious about it. I moved to another part of the state two years ago and am back for a visit so i decided to try out the Ascent. Really nice boutique hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms and bathroom and so many dining choices within walking distance. Parking is challenging with all the side businesses in the same building. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

This property could not have been more convenient. There are a few restaurants on the property and in close proximity. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Was very excited to stay at this location due to good reviews. The room is gorgious and design qas very beautiful. The issue i had was the cleanliness as the hardwood floors had crumbs, drawers were also with crumbs in it so didnt even put stuff in them. My room also had issues with outlets as i put my electronics to charge before the trip, to find out in the morning nothing charged. Fridge stopped working as well so had to theow food i had bought for breamfast

Room was nice and clean. I like the decor and lighting. The only thing I dislike is the shower. Without a door or curtains its chilly. And the waterfall shower head has no pressure.
