I almost don't want to give The Slate an excellent review because I want to be able to stay there again and again!! But seriously, our stay was excellent and it's such a unique property - it's fun! Every staff person we encountered was friendly and seemed genuine. Very convenient to the theatre and the Art Museum.

This hotel was awesome. They kept a school intact and build a hotel into it. Lots of little touches remind you of the original building and its purpose, like the hallways, stairwells, keycards, and branding all are evocative. The rooms themselves were spacious. Huge ceilings in our room and a big window - but, not to worry, it had shades that blocked out the sun in the morning. The coffee in the room was tasty and the staff was friendly.

Clean family room. Great location near the centre of Denver walkable to most attractions and only about $10 Lyft to the rest. Restaurant provided great quality food of needed
