The overall stay was enjoyable. Staff, hotel restaurant staff was amazing. House keeping was a different experience. Knocking on the door starting at 7:45am, again at 8:22am opening the door to peak in to see if we were in the room. Again at 9:30am letting themselves in to ask if we were checking out. Very uncomfortable and awkward situation knowing that the hotel check out time was 12pm noon. Made a complaint and spoke with front desk and the manager, Kody Kunkle. We were not the only guest this happen to, finding out this happened to another guest that was at the front desk to check out. I was in room 717 5.15-5.16.2025 and the other guest was in the 8th floor. This is an issue that needs to be addressed with house keeping.

Wonderful conference hotel with mountain views

The front desk manager (Cory Jackson) was fantastic, upgrading me to an executive suite when availability allowed it. Their service was great all the way around. Everyone was super friendly. Only knock was that there weren’t any valets or bellhops to receive me at the door and help me with unloading luggage and getting it to my room.

Always love to book a night at the Westin. You walk in the entrance and feel like you have been transported to a resort. The western decor, grand hallways, modern yet earthy materials used in the building construction & environment and rooms with grand views all provide an inspiring atmosphere. The restaurant has a distinct flare with quality ingredient's, as do the conference area meals. I have been to many conferences and the Westin’s always impress me for the quantity they have to prepare for in the big meeting rooms. The staff has always been there ready to greet and make you feel welcome. I have never had to wait for someone to appear at the desk. Thank you Westin for maintaining high standards!

There was a hot water issue Saturday April 19th morning. This took a couple of hours to be resolved. We were in Denver for a family event - very short visit. And unfortunately this issue cost us a couple of hours. We just made it to the event. Also, we had requested for additional towels which were never delivered to the room. We ended up getting them from the nearest housekeeping service lady.
