On the ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the dining room - living room with television (extra sofa bed for 2 people) - WC - bedroom (1 double bed - sofa bed) or 2nd living room with office area and sports corner (rower and exercise bike) and direct access to a bathroom (large walk-in shower).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 160 cm bed and office area - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 4 people - bathroom with 2 basins and large shower - WC.
