Modern boutique style hotel with bedrooms in lodges. The room was simple but very clean and a large walk in shower. There were plenty of supplementary tea, coffee and milk too. The staff were super friendly and polite and the food was very good value and homemade too. I don't think there was WiFi in the rooms though and air conditioning would have been welcomed.

Dog friendly break

Dog friendly accommodation for 1 night whilst visiting family. Bar was lovely, didn't stay for food but menu looked very good. Easy location on the edge of the city, very easy to get to by car and then to get into city.

Selected double room for the deep soaking bath but had a shower only. No hairdryer either. Room was very clean and well presented. Vertical blinds in window and old style windows made it slightly noisy.

My wife and I have stayed twice here, with at least another visit later in the year. Both times we have found all the staff extremely helpful, friendly, polite and totally professional. We have also used their bar facilities for a lunchtime snack, and the restaurant for an evening meal, with both the food and service being excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment!
