Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood

£39 to use a swimming pool, what a joke, room smelt fousty and damp, carpets in main corridors dirty! Room was freezing cold, went to reception and told them I can’t stay here and got a full refund. The outside looks lovely Themis soon changes when inside!

The choice of only 2 red wines by the glass were dire and undrinkable at the bar. The chef was unable to cope with my garlic allergy. I would say though the staff were delightful and reduced our bill and did all they could to make up for them. Otherwise it was fine.

Lovely spa area at a charge of £15 per person. Water pressure in our shower wasn’t great however our room was located at the end of the hotel. Nice location

We stayed for a last minute break with our dog. The room was spacious and clean. A lovely big bathroom. We had drinks in the bar at night and a nice breakfast the next morning. We really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, made a fuss of our dog and made us feel more than welcome.

Room was spacious and clean but the mattress was way too soft for us. The WiFi was poor as it kept disconnecting. The room had an overall smell of cleaning fluid. The breakfast was average however the staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking was good.

Old and tired.

Old and tired. Damp stains. Windows couldn't be opened. No window in WC. Bath IN THE ROOM - not in the en-suite, which was just WC and basin. No shower. We did not use the bath because we did not want our bedding/ rest of the room to get damp! Very odd decor. Not romantic.

Disappointing

Stayed one night on a business trip. Found the ‘Executive’ room bathroom not cleaned thoroughly. Spa was expensive with ome parts not working. Booked dinner for 7.30pm, kept waiting for 20 minutes for a table even though plenty of free tables, shambolic running of restaurant with average food. Breakfast better but pricey. Wouldn’t bother staying here again.

We booked a standard double room. This turned out to be in an old staff cottage alongside and lower than, a busy road. It was noisy and dark. The bathroom radiator did not work. Staff were pleasant and breakfast fine, but the room was very disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Had a fabulous stay here!

The trip we had was great, the hotel had beautiful grounds and magnificent rooms. What an idyllic location to sit with your loved one and I could not complement the food or the restaurant any more. Staff were helpful and could not do enough to help. Would absolutely visit again.

Staff friendly and welcoming, however I couldn’t help feel the place was dirty and outdated. On evening meals there was a very limited selection and the breakfast I found extremely poor quality! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights but I won’t be returning. Casa hotel is not too far away with much better facilities and the food selection is much superior not to mention the great quality.
