The property is situated on a rural, quiet country lane next to the owners’ home and a golf course. Country views to the front, the enclosed courtyard to the rear and the owner’s garden beyond. Village shops, cafés, pubs and restaurant are all just a short drive away.
Welborne is ideally located in the centre of Norfolk, perfect for visiting the North Norfolk coast, Holt, Norwich, the Broads, RSPB reserves, Castle Acre, the Royal Sandringham Estate and National Trust properties such as Blickling Hall. Cambridge, Suffolk and Thetford Forest are also within reach for day trips.
