We offer you this beautiful attic apartment on the second floor and equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. It is composed of a living room with a large kitchenette, a sofa bed, TV, wifi, and a large terrace overlooking the tree-lined garden. We then have a beautiful double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and spectacular mountain views. The attic is inserted in a modern building with a large garden, in the center of Dervio and convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. The beaches are 500 meters away.
