The living/sleeping room is equipped with a double sofabed, a dining table, and a TV, and it opens up to a balcony. There is a large double bedroom that also has access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a room with two beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, which also opens to a balcony.

The open kitchen is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
