Brand new apartment in private residence with few housing units on the outskirts of Desenzano del Garda. 10,000 m2 private park. and large swimming pool with infinity edge. Large spaces, covered terrace with outdoor table for outdoor dining. The apartment is located only 3 km. from the historic center of Desenzano del Garda, but also not far from the railway station Milan-Verona-Padua-Venice. Not far from golf courses, tennis courts, go Kart Lonato (BS), clay pigeon shooting Lonato (BS). Sepermercati and shopping centers at 3 km. (Le Vele Shopping Center, The LION of Lonato Shopping center). Nearby there are many farms to eat, but also cellars with wine tasting. At 20 minutes by road the amusement parks of Gardaland, Moviland. Cities to visit: Milan, Verona, Padua, Venice but also the splendid Mantua. There are many medieval villages including Borghetto near Valeggio sul Mincio with its beautiful Sigurtà Park. Thermal parks and villages such as Sirmione, but also lakeside towns such as Lazise, Peschiera, Torri del Benaco or Salò are places rich in history and charm.

Very nice property. Very calm. The accommodation is as indicated in the ad. It is very well equipped and ideal for a family. The owner is welcoming, friendly and always available. I recommend!
