On the south coast of Lake Garda tradition meets modernity. This beautiful flat is part of the 12-unit residential complex "Villa Colli Storici" and is located in the quiet town of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from the shores of Lake Garda. The flat, elegantly furnished with a touch of antique flavour, is located on the first floor and spreads over two floors; it can accommodate up to 8 people. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with 2 single beds, as well as two sofa beds for two people. The flat also has 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped living room and kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The flat is ideal for large families and families with children. Outside Villa Colli Storici you will find a large garden with ancient olive trees; at your disposal there is also a shared swimming pool (from June to October) and comfortable deckchairs. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m); the first supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (2.2 km). It is possible to reach the equipped beach "La Zattera" with a 15-minute walk (1,1 km).
