A Casa di Attila is a welcoming and well-positioned apartment, located just 500 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Desenzano del Garda. Located on the first floor of an elegant residence, the apartment features an imposing entrance with marble floors in beige shades, creating a warm and refined atmosphere, ideal for welcoming guests. The apartment offers a spacious terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, perfect for enjoying the surrounding landscape, relaxing in the sun or having breakfast outdoors.

Inside, the classic and functional furnishings have been designed to offer maximum comfort. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and dishes, allowing guests to easily prepare their meals. The living room, bright and spacious, is furnished with a double sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Thanks to the French window, the living room opens onto the terrace, flooding the environment with natural light.

To the right of the entrance, a practical storage room offers useful accessories such as a drying rack, iron, and ironing board, ensuring that the apartment remains always tidy and functional. The bathroom, characterized by warm and relaxing tones, is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and a large sink with a mirror, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Starting one week before the stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to answer any questions about the apartment and local attractions. Check-in is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a supplement of 50 E for arrivals after 7:00 PM and until 11:30 PM. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of 150 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case of cash payment, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damages.
