Modern apartment equipped with every comfort within a residence with shared swimming pool, in Desenzano del Garda.



The apartment, located on the first floor and accessible on foot, welcomes guests from the bright living room which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an American coffee machine. A large French door allows access to the apartment's terrace, furnished with a small table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in the open air after a day spent discovering the beauties of the lake. The bedroom is welcoming and is furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables with two lamps. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Desenzano del Garda is a charming little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to rediscover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the panorama. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who will be able to practise windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing.

This city is also an excellent starting point for visiting Lower Garda, which offers many enchanting spots, starting from nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious location on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

Nous avons séjourner 6 jours et tout c'est bien passé, c’était propre, il y avait tout a disposition que ce soit linge, cuisine, vaisselles, lessive pour la machine a lavé ou dosettes pour le lave vaisselles, tout pour faire un barbecue etc. Plusieurs piscines et parc avec jeux pour enfants dans la residence qui est tres bien entretenu et sécurisée avec gardien H24, en face du lac. Le seul bemol c'est que il faut pas mal marcher du parking a l'emplacement donc si vous avez plusieurs bagages prevoyez un chariot ca aide. Mais sinon je recommande!

la plus mauvaise expérience

A aucun moment il ne nous a été dit que Mandorli faisait partie d'un parc d'une vingtaine de bâtiments. Surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'entrée de ''Greens''.et que nous avons demandé au concierge si ''Mandorli'' était bien ici. Parking extérieur sur lequel on laisse la voiture quand il n'est pas complet. Il faut ensuite parcourir 250 à 300 m pour rejoindre l'appartement en portant ses valises. je précise que mon mari marche avec un déambulateur et que si dans la ''publicité'' il était dit que l'appartement était adapté aux enfants il n'était pas dit qu'il ne l'était pas aux personnes âgées !.La terrasse est occupée par deux velos enchainés .Four,LL et LV ne fonctionnent pas. Il faut attendre le lundi pour avertir l'agence et être dépannés .L'appartement n'est pas confortable .Aucun placard dans le séjour pour déposer ses courses. Aucun placard ou étagère dans la salle de bain. Un placard dans l'appartement mais rempli de couettes, linge....Pour se détendre un canapé avachi mais aucun siège confortable pour lire sur la terrasse .L'accueil de locataire n'est pas prévu :pas le moindre plan de Désenzano, pas le moindre renseignement ne serait-ce que pour indiquer les commerces de proximité. Pas la moindre indication pour faire fonctionner le four (ce que je n'ai jamais réussi à faire).Aucune indication sur le tri des ordures ni sur l'endroit où les déposer. C'est totalement le système"payez et débrouilez vous". Et le client est vraiment un pigeon. J'ai pris des photos .
