Le logement est très vaste avec un grand séjour, cuisine ouverte très bien équipée, une loggia gigantesque avec vue sur la nature. De grandes chambres et des grands lits, salle de bain et douche a l’italienne. Place de parking extérieure en bord de maison réservée. Tout est quasiment neuf, moderne et très propre. Les deux logements disponibles se situent au premier étage d’une grande maison au-dessus du rez-de-chaussée où habitent les propriétaires. C’est entouré de verdure, dans la nature sur les hauteurs de Deshaies et ses restaurants en bord de mer, accès rapide en voiture. En revanche pas de vue au loin, mais sur des grands arbres.Le lieu est un peu « particulier » dans la mesure où pour y accéder il faut prendre une petite route en terre sur 100m (praticable sans problème) entourée de maisons bricolées et vraiment pas glamours, du gros bazar tout autour. C’est le bémol du bien, qu’il faut donc tenir compte par rapport au prix demandé.
