Oh what a wonderful place to be!

This condo complex is great. There are rules regarding quiet hours which makes it a perfect & relaxing place for your family. The staff were welcoming, kind, professional, and responsive. We had a small issue with our fridge & they came & fixed it expeditiously. Their private beach was amazing; not crowded due to the small number of condos and a very shallow sandbar very close to the shore with a short distance of waist-deep (for adults) water to get to it. The kids had a blast walking on the sandbar & jumping off of it. The chairs and umbrella were already set up every day for our convenience. This was a much needed reprieve for us & came at just the right time!

It was better than the one we stayed in last year, mainly because there was a second bathroom with a shower. Both showers were great! The unit could use an overall deep clean, especially the kitchen cabinets. A vacuum would be useful inside the unit to deal with the sand. Location couldn't be more perfect with a short walk down to the beach. Easy to head back up to grab lunch or something you may have forgotten.

Several of the wall outlets need to be replaced. The maintenance man changed out 2 outlets and the switch to the overhead outlet in the kitchen. After he left we found several other outlets that were loose. Big problem is the ceiling. We could hear every step the people in the unit about us took. All the people in the office were very helpful and friendly.

I would recommend that the owner replace the two chairs in the living area. One is way too low and the other doesn't recline at all. Outstanding Property conditions, location and customer service

This has been the best experience we have had in renting a vacation property. This place is very conveniently located just a few steps to the beach and in a great neighborhood. Cleanliness and excellent taste of the furniture and decoration enhanced our enjoyment during our stay. Extremely recommendable place.
