Silver Shells St. Croix 1102 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the eleventh floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access.

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 1102 have been tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and plenty of vanity space. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with an attached twin trundle bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just a few steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A laundry closet is also located in the guest bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer.

The condo was clean and offered a great view of the pool and beach. The water temperature in both showers and the tub were a slightly difficult to regulate, but overall, we found the condo to completely meet our needs.

Our stay in this unit was great. However, for 2 people, one being 5’2” and the other being 5’ the guest bed was way too high for either of us. I struggled each night to get up and in the bed. Maybe a step stool or remove the box springs? Otherwise, everything was great!

The communication with the property manager was excellent. The biggest disappointment was that one of the windows in the queen bedroom was completely hazy and dirty, and you could not see out of it. The main reason we chose this unit was to be high enough up to have a beautiful view of the ocean when waking up and having morning coffee in bed and when we were getting ready for dinner. The view was completely blocked and so dirty. It made the room feel dirty. It was a huge disappointment and not at all in alignment with the images from the listing.
