Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Fantastic property! Small, quiet, centrally located in the heart of Destin.
Will rent again! This property exceeded our expectations. It is directly on the beach. Friendly staff and grounds keepers. Condo was more than large enough for our family of three.

Perfect for Quick Getaway
This was a perfect place for a quick trip to the beach. Loved that condo was directly ON the beach, not across any streets! Walked straight out to the beach and what a perk to have umbrella and chairs included. The condo was dated but that wasn't important to me on this trip. Kitchen has everything you need. King size bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the bunks but it is nice in a one BR condo to have extra sleeping space. Also very nice to have one and half baths! Although we didn't venture out, the location was right in heart of Destin near restaurants, shopping and amusement park. My only suggestion would be to remove carpet and upgrade to keyless entry, but that won't stop me from booking here again.
