The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. East 1101 is tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and has a large wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the Emerald Coast that will take your breath away!

Our family of 9 booked this property for a week. It was absolutely gorgeous. The condo was even bigger than expected. Views are amazing it’s located in a perfect spot. The access to the beach is super convenient. It was busy but never felt overwhelming. Amenities are amazing. Just everything we had hoped for. It’s expensive, but it’s a truly incredible spot.

Stunning Property

I booked this condo for my 30th birthday celebration with 7 girlfriends and it took my breath away! The view on the photos doesn’t do it justice. With the amenities, customer service, and walkable access to shops and dining location is 10/10! It’s also a 5-7min Uber ride from some of Destin’s most popular activities. The space was clean, neat and airy . I will book again should I ever visit this area in the future.

Excellent Unit!

This was one of the nicest units I've ever rented. Everything was clean and in excellent shape, except the TV remote, which management promptly replaced. The kitchen was the best stocked (dishes, pots and pans, and utensils) I'd ever seen, making it a joy to prepare and enjoy meals. The complex is very well maintained, with a courteous and attentive staff, right down to the beach service team. A bit rigid on beach rules, but I guess that keeps it enjoyable for everyone. Definitely a five star experience.
