This one-bedroom luxury unit has recently been updated with new flooring and a remodeled bathroom. The condominium sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a king size bed in the bedroom, and a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with new stainless-steel appliances, is ready for enjoying your meals on-site or for the budding outdoor chef, there are charcoal grilles available for the evening barbeque. In the bedroom and living room, Smart HDTVs are placed for your viewing pleasure, perfect for binge watching Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ or any other of your streaming service accounts. Our guests can finish off the evening with a glass of wine, or their favorite beverage on the balcony, while enjoying the sounds of the surf. During the summer months, weekly fireworks can be seen from the walkway right outside your front door or while you leisurely stroll the beach.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club guests have a variety of amenities available for their enjoyment; white sandy beach, heated swimming pool, tennis and pickle balls courts, with free equipment checkout, a fitness center, new laundry facilities on two floors, with a weekly linen exchange. Also, our guests are provided with a complementary beach service [1 March through 31 October], which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs set-up for you by our beach attendant.
