The hall bunks are perfect for the kiddos and the living room offers additional sleeping space with a sofa bed making it awesome for small families or couples! Don’t forget the extra bathroom to where everyone can get ready at the same time. We think you will love the easy access to the pool, beach, and all the amenities Pelican Beach Resort has to offer by being on the 1st floor! Inside Your Unit:

- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
