Beautiful Condo

This condominium is beautifully decorated and fully stocked to cook meals! The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean! Only complaint if I had one was the television in the living room was small. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Beautiful view and silver beach towers pools and property was clean and safe!

Nice place to stay. I did give cleanliness a poor rating due to if we are paying a cleaning fee then I expect spotless accommodation. This is No fault to the owner it is solely the cleaning company or the resort to make sure of this. There was hair from previous tenants in shower, mopping floor or dusting was overlooked as well that might explain why the room was available several hours early than expected. Check in was a breeze the young gentleman at the desk answered any questions we may have had and was super nice. I did give mgmt a poor rating due to after we checked in my guest and self did a once over to make sure everything was in good working order and or supplies in attendance as listed, we did report a lock in master bath not working properly also blinds in guest room couldn’t be raised. Mgmt didn’t reach back out to use till the afternoon noon of the day to check out to make sure everything was fixed or okay. Their claims was work order was placed properly. Overall we all enjoyed our stay, this is a nice comfy place to stay while visiting this beautiful area. I say “comfy” because the home decor in this unit definitely made you feel at home. Within walking distance of a few restaurants. I would definitely stay or recommend for others to stay

The unit was lovely. Just what we were looking for for two senior couples who always fight over the bedroom with the ocean view. The kayout if this unit was perfect since both bedrooms had king beds and ocean views. Definitely a do over!

1202W was even more beautiful than pictured. The views were absolutely stunning from each room! This condo was located in the middle and prime area of Destin. Condo was very clean and updated. There were so many restaurants and activities located so close to the condo. This was our first visit to Destin, but we will return right to 1202W for sure!

Overall we were very impressed with the communication from Compass leading up to our arrival, the friendliness of the onsite staff at check-in and throughout our stay, the overall condition of the property, and the condition of the unit. The unit was exactly as advertised. We loved that there was a parking deck with an assigned spot. As an added bonus, the property is located at a traffic signal, which made leaving and returning very easy. Compass helped to make this virtually a seamless vacation! We had a great trip, and will definitely return to this property in the future!

8 year anniversary

The rental was fabulous. Very clean and cozy, absolutely nothing bad to say. The property was great as well. Sadly, after only 2 days of good weather, Hurricane Sally rolled through and kept us indoors the last three days but overall a great trip. We would stay here again any time!!
