Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath Grand Caribbean 101

Let us introduce you to Grand Caribbean East 101!

Located on the first floor of this family friendly complex, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for your family vacation!

The condo offers an open living space with the living room, dining table, and kitchen all in the same area allowing for everyone to converse while cooking or eating. The large flat screen can be watched when you’re not at the pool or the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized appliances and all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you’d need if you want to cook for an evening. The large balcony doors open to a spacious balcony that offers views of the stunning Gulf of Mexico and the complex pool. The complex pool is heated to 80 degrees October to end of February and then 84 March and April.

Located in the hallway are twin bunk beds. The full guest bathroom can be entered from the bedroom or the hallway and offers a combination tub/shower and plenty of vanity space.

The guest bedroom offers 2 Queen beds, and the mater features a King-sized bed allowing this unit to accommodate 8 guests total.

Grand Caribbean East, unit 101 also offers free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer inside the unit. This unit is located just right across the street from the large public beach of white sand and beautiful emerald, green waters.

Ideally located on Scenic Highway 98, it is convenient to all Destin has to offer--especially our famous white powder beaches!! From the patio, you will have sounds of the Gulf and convenient access to the community grills.. You will be only steps from beautiful Crystal Beach and within minutes of great beachside restaurants and the Destin Commons shopping area.

Everything about our stay was very accurate on the listing. Pool and hot tub were great. Not too far from the beach, which was used daily. Our only complaint which is not really a complaint was the oven took far longer to warm up then what we are used to too. Still cooked all our food when we used it. The place overall far exceeded our expectations, and the place was updated with new furniture and appliances. The host was in communication throughout our stay which was great. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a little get-away.

Nice location but not a great unit

Convenient short walk to beach, not the best unit in Grand Carribean though. No comfortable seating on patio, ice maker in fridge did not work. First floor unit with thin ceilings so lot of noise from people walking upstairs.
