The condo was large and clean and had an amazing view. It had mostly everything you needed to make meals there. Easy to walk to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Dunkin, etc. Would for sure book there again.

The condo was clean and well supplied with linens. We really enjoyed the layout of the condo and all the counter space in the master bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was a little sparse on cooking tools but had enough to get the job done. The property itself was a bit dated and could use some refreshing, but it was decently maintained. The location was right in the middle of everything. We were most pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the condo and the responsiveness of the managers.

The layout was nice and the sofas were very comfy!I didn’t realize there were steps to get in the shower. It was ok for me, but it would be difficult for elderly or people with limited mobility. If this was included in the listing, then my apologies for overlooking this

Perfect little get away

Everything was exactly as described for the property. I loved the close parking, ease of access to the unit, clean grounds. The pool, hot tub and beach were right outside, very easy access and secured. The unit was clean and had a nice layout for everyone to have their own space. We needed to contact the property manager for one thing; it was resolved right away and the follow up communication on their end ensured everything had been taken care of to our satisfaction.

Great location, dated, a few minor issues.

Property as pictured and described. Pros; Saw Dolphins every morning from balcony, beach just a few steps away. Next door balcony juts out so can’t see sunset but view of ocean fantastic. Pool and hot tub small but nice. Small beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs provided (in the furnace closet) Prompt communication with management, quickly addressed any concerns we had. Missing livingroom TV remote, they kindly ordered one which we received in three days. Beds were comfortable. Location of hotel nice, easy to get to eateries..putt putt golf and water park right across the road ( water park not open when we were there). Plenty of kitchen appliances and glass bowls, dishes..would have been nice to have some Tupperware. Cons:Dated building aging apparent (water damage bathroom baseboards, sink calking w mildew) musty smell of carpets in entryway and hallways. Urine smell coming from vents in small bedroom and bathroom and living room. Our neighbors reported same. Management informed so may be resolved.Jets in bath tub of intermittently worked. Clothes dryer old long dry times. Have to rent chairs, umbrella on beach). Minimal toilet paper, no toiletries, one hairdryer,no kitchen supplies, ie baggies,tinfoil, spices. Lack of any flyers or pamphlets about local area. That being said would stay again ( if priced right) because of location to beach and balcony views. Management also very responsive and professional.
