We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

The condo was beautiful, clean and had great views. The beach was gorgeous with crystal clear water. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella set up service was fantastic! It allowed us to enjoy the beach all day. The beach/ chair attendant was a delight; he was so friendly and helpful. (Those chair attendants work hard!) We had a wonderful time.

This was a last minute trip that was ultimately our favorite trip ever. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5, the location was absolutely perfect, communication with the property manager was top notch, and the only regret we have is not staying longer. Cant wait to return!!

The Condo was very nice… does need oven mitts and a new toaster and perhaps streaming service for tv. The refrigerator front where water is dispensed comes off… other than that nice place!!!! Will be back!

Everything was great except that they allow smoking only on balcony and the balcony next to us chained smoked! It ruined being outside on the deck which was beautiful! Very surprised they let people smoke cigarettes on the balcony but the building is smoke free signs everywhere?!?

Amazing Location!

Great view of the Gulf from the 4th floor. Enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and beach throughout the week. Very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Being across the street from Starbucks was an added bonus!

Easy access to the beach, clean property, clean rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. They had the room ready early and text us to let is know. That was a huge plus. The only downside was there was only one spatula in the kitchen so cooking multiple things that needed a spatula was inconvenient. However, we managed. Communication was excellent and they tried very hard to fix a Wi-Fi issue so my DIL could do some necessary work off her computer. We would most definitely stay here again.
