This ground-floor condo offers a stairway entrance to the condo, which is an open-air breezeway, not a stuffy hotel or mega-complex feel. Guests can enjoy not having noisy upstairs neighbors for a relatively quiet stay!
Stay in this one bedroom condo featuring open floorplan with a nice-sized living room and separate dining area. The floors throughout are LVP wood like flooring which the carpet-challenged guest will be thrilled with! The utility room with a full-size washer and dryer are separated from the bedroom, so noise is minimal!
For ease of access, guests are provided with a keyless entry code on the day of arrival-no need to fumble with keys. Parking is a breeze as well, with many spots directly in front of the building.
The gated 26-manicured-acre community offers 3 pools, tennis courts, a large catch-and-release lake that does not require a fishing license, laundry, a community room and the location is close to beaches, restaurants and family entertainment.
