Enjoyed my stay, we were in the lobby every night playing Phase10 cards and drinking hot coffee. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable and the staff was very friendly, nice and welcoming. I also would recommend for their breakfast is meats that are not pork for those that don’t eat it.

Check in and our room was good. We did have to go down for linen for our sofa bed. We had none. In the morning though the maid opened our door and just tried to walk on in even after I stated we were inside the room and it was before 9am. Checkout isn’t till 11. She tried to come in 2 more times just walking in. I had to lock the door. When my son and I went down for breakfast at 9 as we walked down the hall I witnessed her try and walk in two more people’s rooms. Do you not give the maids a list of checkouts in the mornings? That seems crazy to me she was just trying to walk into peoples rooms and not even knock. Once we got downstairs for breakfast at 9 my son and I were looking around at what they had for breakfast and it seemed like a lot of stuff was pretty bare. Even though breakfast was supposed to be till 930 we decided to make some waffles once he and I both made our waffles. We were looking for butter and syrup, and tried to get the attention of the attendant behind the counter at the breakfast area, but she was ignoring us. some other customers in the breakfast area got the front desk lady to get some jelly. The attendant didn’t seem to wanna put jelly out either and told us that she wasn’t gonna put out butter and that if we wanted waffles, we had to eat them without.I decided to get cereal instead I went to get cereal and didn’t find any milk. She told me that if there was no milk in the cooler I couldn’t have any. She wasn’t putting anything else out and rude

I loved how the beach was within walking distance, staff was very diligent with making efforts to keep the floors clean and dry. Our room was clean, staff was kind and breakfast was good. The hotel is close to restaurants, enertainment and stores. Downside is no stove in rooms, parking can be a bit annoying and the designated beach area is not that big. Overall we had a great time, would definitely recommend for families.

Housekeeping staff cleaned every other day. That's fine, but when they cleaned the first time, they didn't make up the bed or leave wash rags. Or clean the shower or clean the toilet. Or replenish the lotion. Or leave soap. Just left a few towels. On the day of check out, they knocked on the door before 10a to see if I was still there, so they could start cleaning the room; check out is at 11a. Annoying. Felt like I was being rushed out. They can check the front desk to see who may have checked out before check-out time. I wish they would have given the same diligence and attention to cleaning the room both times as they did to see if I had already checked out.

There was 20 of us coming to celebrate sister’s birthday. We were told over the phone that if we wanted to be close together and to get joining rooms we needed to be there by 1:00 pm. When we got there we were told that there were no rooms ready. We had to wait hours before we could get our rooms. One reservation was thought to be the same as the others and the suite booked had the same description but were told they would be on another floor. If it wasn’t for the fact our nephew was a gold member we would have been spread throughout the hotel. Beds were like sleeping on rocks lol the sofa beds were more comfortable.

I gave a 3 Star for cleaness because there were hairs all over the pull out sofa. And it took 2 days for someone to come clean our room when we did ask for service. But in their defense they were short handed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Took care of all our needs. Great breakfast options. Just a short walk to the beach. Close to everything in town.
