Everything was great! Internet access was easy and the bed was really comfortable especially the pillows(I’m 7weeks pregnant). So many amazing food options near by even a Publix and Walmart very close. Also really good ice cream available after an amazing day at the beach( which is sooo beautiful and peaceful)

At first, i saw a plane landing coming right over yhe hotel. But, i never heard a plane while in the hotel. Breakfast was great, staff was warm and jovial, and the location is right in the middle of great beach access and wonderful restaurants. The room was very clean and homey.

The hotel was clean and amenities are really good. Breakfast was also good. Cleaning was okay and walk into the room one day and the room was not completely done. Staff were also friendly. Definitely recommendable.

Hotel aesthetics were beautiful and very clean. The room was large and modern. However, hidden fees was an issue for our family and for other families we overheard at the front desk. Also, clean towels was an issue too. Staff was very limited to the amount of towels we were allowed at once; we were even told it would be a 30 min to hour wait for clean ones. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were overcooked (brown), no fruit, pancakes, waffles or muffins as an option and the turn around to get more food once some items ran out was a bit long.

We booked a room for 5 people but were given a smaller king suite that only accommodated 4, so one of us had to sleep on the floor. When I asked about a price adjustment, I was told the king suite was more expensive, even though we had originally booked a 2 queen room with a sofa bed, which better suited our needs. The room itself felt cramped and hard to move around in. There were never any towels at the pool, and only one elevator was working, which made things slow. That said, the staff was wonderful and really tried their best to help despite the issues. Theirs also a $50 incidental deposit fee per night so be prepared.

Our stay was overall, OK because it served the purpose of the vacation. The property is nice and good for people with young kids. However, customer service from the staff in general is basic, they aren't friendly or welcoming. Towels were limited and we were told we couldn't have more towels for the day. The room was not properly cleaned they only do very basic cleaning, althoughwe added an extra night. Breakfast options are very limited for a full occupancy hotel. Customers had to wait for food because they were running out of food several times.

the facilities of this hotel are in good condition, relatively new, gives a pleasant appearance, the common areas are very nice, however I am very sorry to rate this place zero stars for its poor customer service, the staff of this hotel is extremely rude, unfriendly, they treat guests with a very bad attitude, I paid for 4 nights and the entire time I stayed they did not provide room service ANY day, every day I had to go down to the reception to request clean towels, on my second night, I requested room cleaning and I was simply ignored, every day I had to go down to the reception to look for clean towels, and I could see how all the rooms had the same problem, the day of my arrival at check in I was greeted by Mr. Cristian, this gentleman was the worst, definitely this person does not deserve to be the first impression of a place of attention to the public, what a rude and unempathetic man, he treated me like garbage so badly, I maintained my stay because the truth is I had no option to cancel, But I had the worst hotel experience. It's clear they have very poor management. Destin has many lodging options, so I recommend you find a place where you're respected as a tourist and where what you paid is valued.
