IR 402 Is a Gorgeous Gulf Front 2 br/2bath w/washer & dryer

Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Welcome to Inlet Reef 402!

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with separate twin bed sleeping area is the perfect beachfront getaway for a family of 5! This unique Inlet Reef condo offers a modern twist on your typical beach condo.

When you enter this 4th floor condo you are greeted by amazing ocean views and beautiful interior decorating. The open living room and kitchen allow for the conversation to flow throughout the living space. The living room is fitted with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large Flat Screen TV or the beautiful Gulf view. There is also a bunk bed that folds down that offers a Twin sized bed.

The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with pots, pans, and full size appliances to make cooking a breeze. The dining table is situated perfectly between the kitchen and living room and offers seating for 4. There is additional seating at the bar to enjoy a snack or a drink. This condo also has a full size washer and dryer, so no worrying about coin laundry.

The guest bedroom is offers a Queen size bed. The guest room is accented in warm wood tones and has a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom features a combination tub/shower.

The Master bedroom features a King size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and balcony access. The adjoining Master Bathroom has ample counter space for 2 to get ready at the same time. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower as well.

The balcony is accessible from the large floor to ceiling doors in the Master Bedroom and living room. The balcony furniture is perfect for your family to enjoy a meal or looking for dolphins in the Gulf.

We had a great stay! The condo and the views were beautiful!! The condo was well stocked and had everything thing we needed. The only thing I would suggest is the guest bedroom needs a new ceiling fan. We will definitely be back!!

Inlet Reef 402

Inlet Reef 402 is a beautiful property in a beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to visit again! The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The bathrooms were not totally clean (hair balls clogging the drains). The sliding door to the deck from the den was very difficult to open/close and the white handle was broken off at the top. We used the sliding door from the bedroom to the deck instead. This should he addressed but did not really bother us. Thank you for a very nice stay.

402 Inlet Reef

This was one of the nicest condominiums I've ever stayed in. The decor is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful ocean view. Holiday Isle is a great place to vacation, and tends to be less crowded and very peaceful.

The unit was incredible! Pictures didn’t do it justice, the kitchen was beautiful and very nicely stocked with more than anything you could desire, bedroom and living quarters were nice and spacious, unit was very clean, views were amazing! Property manager was quick to respond to any needs we had…would stay there again and would definitely recommend!
