Inlet Reef is undergoing a complex, wide waterproofing project.  By the end of May, a majority of the construction will occur on the adjoining Sunset portion of the complex and not the Gulf side where this condo is.  This project consists of balconies being worked on, walls being repairs, and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work, there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The condo sleeps 10 guests in comfort and ease. Easily, the best part of the condo is the balcony and its views. You are at the top floor of the Inlet Reef building, so the views from the hexagonal shaped balcony are absolutely breathtaking.
