There is a lockout door installed to allow for sharing quality time together while enjoying privacy during your beach vacation. Perfect layout to gather with those you love while enjoying privacy. 
When you rent this lovely gulf-front condo as the lockout option, you will have 2,727 sq. ft. of comfortable living space including 2 separate and furnished living rooms, 2 fully-equipped kitchens (that’s twice the appliances!!), and even 2 washers/dryers for your convenience. 
The #108A side has 3-bedrooms, 2-baths and SLEEPS 10. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bathroom featuring a new white vanity, grande mirror, whirlpool tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds. The other full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The #108B side has 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and SLEEPS 6. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a stunningly upgraded en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and updated vanity with oversized mirror. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The other full bathroom also has an upgraded vanity and wide mirror along with a tub/shower combo.
High speed internet access is provided. Unit 108 has limited gulf views with 2 patios that open directly onto the sundeck. This lockout unit comes with 3 seasonal beach service setups, which includes 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs. (This unit comes with 3 parking passes).
