You’ll feel right at home in condo 503. It has been renovated with modern furniture, décor, and wood plank ceramic tiles throughout the entire condo, including the balcony! This spacious 2BR/2BA beachfront condo has direct ocean front views with no obstructions and is at the optimum height, not too high and not too low, as it is on the 5th floor of Destin Gulfgate. The living room features contemporary furniture with a queen size memory foam sofa bed, and a 60-inch flat screen smart tv with blue ray player. The dining area next to the kitchen has a large dining table for 6 and a bar counter with 3 large bar stools. The kitchen has been updated with shaker cabinets, granite counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, and has a full size under counter ice maker. The unit also features a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom features an upscale dresser, nightstands, and headboard along with a premium king size mattress and 55-inch flat screen smart tv with blue ray player. In addition, the master bedroom has a direct ocean front view with direct balcony access making for a very comfortable stay. And for added comfort the attached master bathroom is newly renovated with a custom walk-in stone and pebble shower and quartz countertop with a sit-down makeup vanity area, large mirror, and linen closet. The guest bedroom features 2 queen size beds with headboards, premium mattresses, chest, and 47-inch flat screen tv with DVD player. The guest bath has a granite countertop with large mirror, a tub bath, and linen closet. The large oversized balcony features all wood plank ceramic tiles with new high-end outdoor furniture including a table with 4 elevated chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs for laying back and relaxing while you’re soaking up the sun and beautiful gulf views! This unit offers free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.)

Summertime

First trip to Destin. All accommodations on the property were enjoyable. Staff was super nice and helpful. Great view from the condo. Condo had everything we needed for our stay, no complaints. Private beach was stellar, chairs were setup and ready for us everyday on arrival. We setup volleyball and had plenty of room to play and enjoy. They hosted a social with complementary beverages during the week we were there which was cool. Will come again!

Wonderful Trip

I have been to the panhandle many times since I live in Marietta GA. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law moved here from California. I was excited to have them experience the beauty of the Destin area. It did NOT disappoint.

Perfect Getaway!

Destin Golfgate is the perfect proximity to the beach! We stayed 7 days with our family of 4. 2 adults 2 kids (4 & 7). We enjoyed the beach with a very helpful attendant who had our chairs ready for us daily. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The unit is 2 down from elevator so great location and the walk to the beach/pool is very easy. We loved this condo and community. We will be staying here again. The only downfall to the entire experience was that the pool was nicely heated for 4 days, like bath water. Then all of the sudden it wasn’t. When I inquired with the front desk they said maintenance will check and it was still being heated. I’m not entirely sure what happened but the kids were bummed that they could not swim anymore because it was too cold. If the kids say it’s cold, it’s cold!
