Enter into an open-concept living/dining space brimming with natural sunlight. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just outside! You’ll find plenty of places for your crew to spread out, whether in the living room on the large sofa and chairs, the dining table with seating for six, or the breakfast bar. Ease into each day with a fresh cup of coffee best enjoyed on the private balcony. A well-equipped kitchen offers modern appointments and all the accessories needed to prepare delightful dishes for the ones you love. This condo has been rode hard and put away wet. Appears very little upgrades done since it was new. Furniture is in rough shape, mattresses also. Deck furniture is the worst of the building from what you can see of the others from outside. If you are just looking for a room to cram as many people as you can for spring break this is it. If you are looking for a upscale and more quiet place, this condo and Jade East is not it. We stayed here around 15 years ago and it was very nice building that seemed like a lit of owners used and that is why we booked here again when we came back. Now it is seems like just a rental building and it was flooded with spring breakers, puking in the pool. Jamming 15 people in the hot tub so nobody else could use it. Too bad.

If you like to stay hot and wake up with the sun… then this is perfect for you. No privacy as the people from the balcony above can see directly into the master room. There is no protection from the sun because the windows aren’t covered properly. One bathroom had just been painted and the gloves were still there. The balcony furniture takes up the entire space and doesn’t even allow for you to see over the railing. This has the potential to be a GREAT condo. Just needs more love and attention.

Beautiful large ocean view with sunrise and sets everyday. Would have have given 5 stars but felt like we were being harassed by one particular security guard. He was very aggressive, felt like every time I turned around he was there, couldn’t relax when he worked.

Never got the code for the door till after 7:00pm had to call twice to get it. The condo was ok but for the price we paid was a little surprising that there was damage and that it had not been fixed paint coming off the bathroom and kitchen cupboards, mold in the tubs and showers BAD, outlets with no covers, grout missing in showers and in floors.

The bathrooms had mold in the showers and bathtubs did not look clean. The unit needed some updating. Furniture was very old and not very comfortable. beach view was very nice standing on the balcony, but was very awkward having two chairs that were not very comfortable and a picnic table really limited our use of the balcony for four of us to sit out there comfortably and enjoy ourselves. someone had to sit on a picnic table Edge to see over the balcony and the chair set way too low so we did not get to use the balcony as we had anticipated sitting and enjoying coffee or a drinks. We had Plumbing issues but the host replied immediately on anything we had a question on a couple of the toilet paper holders were broken on top of having some toilet problems that took a couple times to fix. A nice updating and some comfortable Furniture would have made our stay a five-star stay.

The room was not clean. There was a toenail behind one of the beds and behind the beds were dusty. I contacted owner and he showed up to fix the outlets but didnt take care of the toenail or have the room cleaned better. The cauk on the balcony was coming off/melting off a lot.

Nice size condo for family. Amenities were good for a family. The master bedroom did not have window coverings at the top letting sunrise hit room too early. Master bath drain woulld not go down. Hot water was an issue so we needed to stagger showers. I would definitely rent it again if those items would be addressed.

We were pestered all week being accused of having a dog in the condo. We did not! We had to change several plans because they kept saying they were sending maintenance to us but we did not want them to come in with just the 3 kids there (ages 15, 12 and 11) so we were stuck in the place and they never showed up - this was 2 days in a row. The people in 650 just below us had a dog - it was on the porch often. We also saw several people walking dogs into the building. My son said to one guy "I thought dogs weren't allowed" and he said I'm the owner, I can do what I want. Pretty rude. Anyway, the person texting us was very kind but whoever kept calling saying they were coming to check was rude and never showed up. We finally felt comfortable enough to leave the kids there and told them not to answer the door if anyone knocked. So all in all, the condo itself was very nice but whoever kept threatening us about having a dog was rude as can be - and obviously didn't know what they were talking about since we didn't have one!

VERY OUTDATED NEEDS UPDATES

THE DRYER WAS NOT DRYING AND WE KEPT HAVING TO UNPLUG IT TO RESTART, FRIDGE WAS NOT KEEPING COLD EITHER. UNIT WAS JUST VERY OUTDATED , COULD NOT USE ONE OF THE TUBS FOR GIVING BABY A BATH AS THE DRAIN WAS TORE UP AND NOT PLUG FOR IT. NO CHAIRS CAME WITH UNIT AND CHAIRS WERE 55.00 PER DAY. WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED . AGAIN VERY OUTDATED FLOORING, TILE SO IT MADE THE TUBS AND SHOWERS LOOK UNCLEAN. HARDLY ANYTHING THERE TO COOK WITH AS FAR AS DISHES.

Awesome view and location

We had an awesome vacation! The condo was spacious with the best beach views! I would definitely recommend this place. The property amenities were great and well maintained. The condo was clean, but in need of some minor repairs, including the baseboards in the kitchen and the rust stains in one of the bathrooms. The size of this unit with the three bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and the washer and dryer, made it perfect for our family.

2024 Fall beach trip

Condo was clean & the location was good. The only issue we had was that the living room furniture was not comfortable & needs to be updated. The washing machine sounds rough & probably needs to be replaced also. The beds were comfortable.
