With construction completed November 2020, this modern, professionally no decorated home boasts 8 Bedrooms; each with their own full bathroom. Sleeps up to 24! Private heated pool and hot tub, in a quiet secluded neighborhood, perfect for your family's beach vacation.

Quick 5 minute walk to the beautiful Crystal Beach. As a part Kokomo Cove, this rental comes with access to the private beach right at the end of the road - very rare in Destin! Within walking distance of Destin Commons for premier outlet shopping, featuring over 75 shops and restaurants. Very easy to bike or walk anywhere you need to go. Safe beach community with over 6 miles of trails nearby, perfect for biking, jogging or walking at any time of day.

With 4200 Sq Feet of spacious living area, there is plenty of room for large family reunions or multiple families to vacation together.

Walking into the house you pass the two front King bedrooms and open floor plan kitchen and living room. A third King bedroom overlooks the pool in the back.

There are Five bedrooms on the second floor - 4 King and one Large bunk-room that has 4 Queen Beds. 2 of the King Rooms on the second floor have private balconies facing sunrise in the East - perfect for your morning coffee . Bunk room has barn doors that open up to a huge second living room - perfect for the kids. Additional Queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Large 70 inch televisions in each living room, TV in every bedroom.

Head outside to the large covered raised porch off of the 1st floor living room. Perfect place to keep one eye on a book and the other on the kids who most likely never leave the pool and built in hot tub.

8 ft fences keep the backyard very private - plenty of loungers surround the pool. Always plenty of pool toys, and beach equipment in the back, as well as a propane grill and outdoor shower.

Fabulous house and great location. We loved our time together here! Our only issue was the hottub wouldnt heat. The host was very responsive and did all he could to get it going. The last night (5th) was the only night it finally worked normally. Would stay again!

Family trip

We love the property. This is our second time staying here and it fits our large family perfectly. The location to the beach is great, private pool in the backyard is great. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the construction that's going on for houses that are being remodeled. This wouldn't detour us from staying again. The house is for sale, but I'm hoping the new owners will be renting it out also.

Destin Family Trip to Make Great Memories

Wonderful memory making stay. Pool for children. Great family eating area. Perfect beach steps away. Would have liked to have been able to park our rented golf cart down at the beach. Beautiful home with private beach and heated pool

We had an amazing week with 17 guests, and there was more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. Each bedroom having its own full bathroom was a huge plus—providing both privacy and convenience, with no waiting for showers!The additional living room upstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out and have their own space. Every bed and pillow was incredibly comfortable, even in the bunk room where the queen-sized beds were surprisingly plush.The short walk to the beach was fantastic, and the heated pool and spa were perfect for relaxing even on the cooler days. Both were impeccably clean. We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach wagon, and pool toys provided for our use.We had the pleasure of reaching out to the house manager, who was extremely helpful and communicated with us promptly and clearly. It really made our stay seamless and enjoyable!

Family fall break

Our stay was great. Our communication with Ron was super- although I felt like we had to contact him a bit much. There were only 2 towels in every bathroom- so basically 1 towel per person for the week (definitely not enough), and no wash cloths available at first. We also had some issues with dead batteries in fans and remotes that needed replaced. There were no linens or pillows for the pullout sofa beds. Ron helped us get everything in order and we had everything we needed by about day 3. It would have just been nice had we not had to bother him so much for these necessities.

Large Family House

This house was amazing! There are 7 bedrooms each with a king bed and attached full bathroom. The 8th bedroom had two queen bunk beds and attached bathroom. The pool and outside area was perfect after visiting the beach. The beach was only a few minutes away. Great customer service. I had to message the property manager and he came to the house within the hour of contacting him. We would definitely come back!

Family Destin Trip

Two sets of grandparents, all our adult children/spouses and their 4 young children. This home was perfect. Baths for every bedroom. Large living/dining/kitchen area. Pool for when we had enough sand. Space for people to retreat when they needed quiet time from the crowd! Perfect in every way and maybe even better than the photos. We thought about a golf cart but opted just to walk to the beach and that was just fine for all. Perfect location to everything we needed. The only thing we needed was more large bowls in the kitchen. Hardly a complaint and we would definitely visit again!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary!

At this house there was more than enough space to spread out for our group of 21—10 adults and 11 grandchildren. The two full sized bunks were a hit with our 7 younger grandkids! They loved sleeping in the bunks, playing in the pool, then hanging out in the upstairs TV room. Our 4 teens took over two of the 7 bedrooms with king beds. They were happy to have space of their own! Would definitely rent again!

Great Place

We had 18 people for 10 days and at no point did we feel crowded. Each room having its own full bathroom is a game changer- so much privacy and no waiting on the shower! Fully stocked kitchen- even had blender, measuring cups, mixer- many other mini appliances you wouldn’t expect. The extra living room upstairs was also a nice extra space to have. I was happy that all of the linens- (blankets/towels) were of good quality and not cheap, thin junk. The house was clean and in great shape. All of the beds and pillows were SO comfortable- even the bunk room had comfortable queen beds. Short walk to the beach, I highly recommend renting golf carts- not a necessity but so nice to have. The pool and spa were amazing, it was nicely cleaned the very first day we arrived. There are also beach chairs and pool toys leftover from previous guests, which is nice. Someone even came and took our trash cans to the road on garbage night, all we had to do was pull them back. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely stay again.

Beach vacation

The house was great and perfect for our family. Our only complaint was the way we were treated the last day on the beach. The person setting up the chairs on the beach not only moved our chairs and umbrellas but was extremely rude. Next time will probably find a place on another beach. Not a good way to end our first trip to the beach.

Wonderful Stay!

We had the most amazing time at Modern Coastal! With a combination of adults and children from ages 1 - 13, the size of the home, the layout and the amenities were perfect for our group. Additionally, the house was spotless upon arrival. Plenty attention to cleaning! Each large bedroom has a beautiful bathroom and shower. Even the bunkroom, which was perfect for our group of kids, had their own! The main kitchen/living room was large and easy for our group to have plenty of space to sit, eat and party. The bar area and ice maker were both a great addition and necessity for us. The patio and back porch were perfect to stay up and enjoy the night while others decided to turn in. The pool and back patio area with outdoor shower were perfect once we arrived back from the beach and able to rinse off. Plenty of toys from previous guests were available to use and leave behind. The short walk to the private beach entrance was the topper. We took golf carts to the main public beach area on the first day and quickly had to navigate with tons of other guests. The private beach is much less crowded and you are able to get close to the water. I do recommend golf carts for your group as it's a very quick and easy way to travel the area. Parking for a golf cart is much easier to find than a vehicle. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and could not recommend a better place for your vacation! Can't wait to get back!

Great family time

The house was great! Bathrooms for each of the 8 bedrooms, pool with covered porch just off kitchen/living room made all 18 of us very comfortable. We had 5 children ages 5-17 and the rest were adults. 6 families in all. The kids LOVED the bunk room. Short walk to beach in neighborhood. Ron was very responsive when we texted about the pool filter not being on. He arrived within a half hour. So much to love about the location and house! We hope to return.

We had an incredible time on a much needed vacation. I've rented through Vrbo before and sometimes the pictures and listing are a bit overstated.. not this house, in person it was even better than the pictures, would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic Home!

Best home I’ve stayed in Destin by far – my family has been coming for years and this year we needed a larger home and Graham’s house was PERFECT. Everyone had their own space, own bedroom and bathroom. The home is in spectacular shape, and Ron (the Manager) immediately answered any questions we had. I cannot wait to stay here next year!!

This house is really great for a large group. We had 16 and it never felt small. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Beds are comfy but there were some minor complaints about the pillows - too big, not great to sleep on. The pool was really great. The hot tub controls are not very intuitive and we’re not explained in the listing info. The grill is cheap but worked well but was filthy. The listing said to clean the grill after use but there is no grill cleaning brush anywhere, so impossible to comply with that request, which may explain why it’s not clean! Apart from the pillows and the grill, everything else about the place was really great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
