1 bedroom, two bathroom (Sleeps 6) renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

Pelican Beach Resort is on the beach, no need to cross any roads.

In addition to the King bed in the master bedroom, there is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 people. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second full bathroom in the hall.

This unit offers a full kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils and cooking equipment. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this unit. Complimentary Netflix is included on living room TV. Enjoy super high speed complimentary Wifi.

Pelican Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with great dining and shopping around and right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park. In addition, there are many recreational activities nearby.

AMAZING! From the start the communication was 100%! Haydar checked in on us throughout our stay and we even extended our stay one night. It didn’t matter the time I would text him he answered me right away! The condo was soo clean and smelled wonderful! Just my husband and I stayed this time and everything they provided was more than enough to get us through the stay! We video chatted with our kids and they want us to take them for the built in bunk beds, 3 pools and beach service from the tiki bar. Let’s talk about that! We had no idea we would get beach service! Huge plus! Great customer service there too! The resort has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. We really only left to go eat seafood at our favorite restaurants! The view is amazing, we got to see dolphins most mornings and the view of the clear water is breathtaking! We can’t wait to book with Haydar again!

Great location and view

Family of four stayed for a week. We loved the direct view of the ocean. Multiple days we could see the dolphins swimming and the pelicans feeding on ocean fish from our balcony. We loved being able to just step outside the building and be directly on the beach. The kids loved the multiple pools onsite. Also the tiki bar and cafe onsite was a nice perk and made quick snacks or drinks easy to get while staying on the beach.

Condo had the comfiest bed! Everything you need. Loved the pool and location to the beach. Quick uber to anywhere. Parking was available which is great. Destin was a lovely town - we enjoyed ourselves! Thank you for everything.

Great Vacation Property!

This was a very nice property! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing! The furnishings were all really nice and stocked with everything that we needed. The owner was very prompt and helpful when responding to my questions. The view from the balcony was amazing!

Great place for families

This condo was very clean, a great location, great pools for kids & easy access to beach. This was our first time at this location and we would recommend to any friends and family. We will be staying with this owner again. Only hint for families is to bring additional bath towels if staying for longer than a few days with 4 or more people.

Probably ideal for many, but not us

Our condo was nice, but ready for some updates based on the price we paid for the unit. Two of the beds were covered in sand upon arrival and so was the floor throughout. I changed the bedding and swept to start our vacation. Unit manager did offer to come rectify, which was awesome, but we were ready to get our vacay started. As for the complex overall, the number of units is not optimal for the amount of available beach. Looking off the balcony everyday meant looking at a sea of umbrellas and chairs that you have to pay the resort for. Unless you are in the front row of chairs, you do not get to enjoy an ocean view. Personal set ups are required to be all the way in the back of the beach. The tiki hut line was always long with no shade. We skipped the tiki hut often simply because of the wait time. The service elevator was down all week, so cleaning and maintenance crews took a lot of the available space in the main 4 elevators. 2 of the 4 main elevators were also down at least 2 days. Needless to say, the wait time for elevators was almost as bad as the tiki hut line. The dryer on our floor is a fire hazard. After an hour, my clothes were still very wet, and I noticed the lint trap was missing. I had to fish out our socks and underware from the opening, along with other people's missing items.

We found our spot!

This was the perfect place and location for us. We really enjoyed this condo. The 10th floor is not too high and not too low. Beachfront views are amazing. The resort itself was easy to navigate. We rarely waited long for an elevator -- there are 4 -- though some guests told us there were high traffic times for the elevators we never experienced that. We could be on the beach in minutes. We love that the resort has a beachfront bar & grill and the waitress would come to our umbrella/chair spot and take orders for drinks, food, etc which is a nice perk. There was no noise that bothered us; very quiet at night. This unit is a couple doors down from the elevator which was nice also. The furnishings were pleasant, appealing and well kept overall. The bed slept very well. There are two full bathrooms which was nice as well. We would love to return and stay in this condo again in the future. Communication from the owner was excellent as well.

Perfect location - great facility

We loved our stay at pelican beach resort. The condo was undergoing some renovations that created some construction noise but the owner was kind enough to move us to another unit that still had an amazing beach view. Would definitely recommend staying here.
