This immaculate, newly renovated condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. With a king in the master, a guest room with two twins, and a queen sleeper in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 6! Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

The Islander features Two Pools, Two Hot Tubs, Lighted Tennis Courts, shuffleboard, covered grill gazebo and on-site fitness center plus connected private beach. The Islander has a coin-operated laundry facility on the 2nd floor is open 24 hours a day. It is a well lit space with six washers and six dryers and a deep bowl sink.

Area Attractions: 

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor. 

The Islander is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, para-sailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
