From March 1 through October 31, your stay includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can settle in and relax the moment you arrive.

A spacious king-size bed invites you to fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves or unwind with your favorite show on the brand-new 55” smart TV. The condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults and two kids, thanks to a large queen sleeper sofa. Movie nights and game days are even better with the 75” 4K TV in the living area—while kids enjoy their own private smart TV in the separate bunk room. No sharing required!

Everything about this stay was perfect! From the weather to the beach to the condo to the hosts. Obviously nobody can control the weather but everything else was extraordinary! This was my honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a better one. The condo was super clean and cute, just as pictured. The beach is a short walk away. The ocean view from the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or cold beverage at night is amazing. The beach chair service was fantastic to have. I cannot express how great this stay was but it was made even better by the host, Scott. There was word about beach rehabilitation during our stay, which devastated me, but Scott reached out and was very upfront with me about how this could impact us. He got answers to all my questions about this work. Luckily it was pushed back and I didn't have to deal with it at all. My point, he spent the time trying to figure things out to help with any information he could get and communicated anything and everything he thought we should know. We also opened the fridge to a great surprise of wine, chocolate cover strawberries and a congratulation to new beginnings note 10/10 recommend!I also want to add a side note, The Sand Flea next door is a great place with great food, drinks and awesome bartenders! Me and the hubby stopped in at least once a day lol

This is a super cute condo in a great location. It is thoughtfully decorated, making great use of the space. Hooks, mirrors, shelving…all right where you need them. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The pictures online are very accurate. We have zero complaints and thought it was a perfect place for a couple to spend their vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The complimentary beach chair service is a huge plus. Being able to walk right out onto the beach made our beach days so much more enjoyable. The covered porch and stairs / landing was so helpful when needed to wash off sand and sit with our family in the evenings. Scott was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

The condo was absolutely perfect for us. We looked everywhere for a location that had true “walk-out” beach access and found it! We loved the ability to sit on the back deck and then walk right out on the beach. We took advantage of the beach chair rentals. The condo was very clean and well maintained; the kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils you could need. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets as well. This is the perfect spot for a couple or a single family to be able to get away and still be affordable right on the water! The host has great communication skills and answered any questions right away. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Scott was always available to answer any questions before we arrived, check in instructions were thorough and he kept in touch during our stay. There was a mechanical issue while we were there and before we could blink, he had someone there to fix the issue. I also loved how close this was to the beach. Probably about 20 steps to the boardwalk, then about 15 more steps across the bridge and then heaven. Also loved having the beach service included. I have stayed in a lot of different places in Destin over the years, and this is one place I will definitely be coming back to again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The condo itself is so nice - it has been updated; everything is new and it is decorated so cute! It looks EXACTLY like the pictures on vrbo. It is in the perfect location and is just steps from the beach. Scott was so helpful and checked on us several times. We couldn't ask for better service. The condo came with free beach chair/umbrella service and had everything else you could possibly want/or need. If you are wanting to stay in a perfect location, in the perfect condo, you need to book this one! We will be staying here again!!!!

My wife and I have been going to Destin for many years. We have stayed in a lot of very nice properties, but we both agree this is the best trip we have taken. The property itself is part of Sandpiper Cove, which has many things that we enjoy. Of course, the beach, pools, and the Louisiana Lagniappe. But this unit in particular was meticulously clean, it was literally steps from the beach and included chair service. It just made it that much easier to really relax. The owner, Scott was so friendly and kind. He was always very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. He really helped to make our stay just that much more special. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location was amazing! Access to the beach was my main concern for this trip and this condo’s backyard is the beach! I will definitely be staying here again. Condo location was close to stores for quick trips to the grocery.
