Sandpiper Cove 9141 is a ground floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo that can sleep 8. Located right next to 1 of the 5 complex pools and a short walk across to the street to the private Sandpiper Cove beach. You can get close beach access without paying the higher prices of beach front condos. Sandpiper Cove also offers tennis courts, hot tubs, communal grills, an on-site restaurant, and a 9-hole 3-par golf course. If all the amenities won't please the group then just show them the pictures of inside the condo.

9141 is a spacious 3 bedroom offering a Queen in the first guest bedroom with bunkbeds with a twin over Queen in the second guest bedroom. Both guest rooms have flat screen TVs as well. The 2 guest rooms share the guest bath that has a combination tub/shower.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and adjoining Master Bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Two dogs are allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Beautiful condo!! The location was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 teen boys. The putting green, pool and hot tubs were steps away from our patio and the beach, golf course and pickle ball courts were a quick walk. Overall a perfect stay right becore Christmas!!
