This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is in the beach walk area of Sandpiper Cove. Close to the largest pool and 3 hot tubs. The unit is fully furnished and has a king size bed in the bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the living room. There are also a set of bunk beds off of the hallway. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
The beachwalk area of Sandpiper Cove is located at the front of the complex which allows you to walk to the beach in just a few short minutes. Beachwalk units are close to the largest pool, hot tub area, and putting greens at Sandpiper Cove. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Boat dock can be rented for an additional fee.
Condo is pet friendly - A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

The unit was great for the 3 of us. It would be crowded for more people, especially with just 1 bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is a bit cramped, but manageable. A recliner in the living area would be a great addition. Short walk to beach.
