Beautiful Florida beach décor condo with sensational views of the East Pass, Jetty's, and Lake Christina with breathtaking sunsets. NEW to the rental program as of December 2020. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a mounted flat screen television. The living room comes equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa with a mounted flat screen tv.
You will enjoy sitting on the Balcony Bar Height Furniture while you sip your morning coffee watching the Famous Destin Fishing Fleet enter the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings watching the most amazing sunsets the Emerald Coast has to offer. Not to mention you will not even need to leave the condo to watch the weekly FIREWORKS that Harbor Walk displays between Memorial and Labor Day.

Nice Getaway

Condo is better in-person. It’s clean and was quiet. The property is really pretty with the beach and jetty. The room could use ceiling fans or better circulation, especially when washing clothes. Overall it was nice and we would return.

Good location but lacking…...

Great location but the building itself really is in need of updates. The lobby area (including fitness room which is a tiny room) are in need of updates. The events they had schedule for the week…..2/3 were cancelled and it was disappointing for the kids. The pool is nice but average. Our condo itself was overall good but the pullout couch was VERY uncomfortable and we had our two sons sleeping on it each night and the condo management basically told us they couldn’t do anything to help. We ended up having to buy a mattress topper at Walmart. The location is really nice and being on the beach is the reason we chose the location. It just would have been a better experience I feel with more effort from the management.
