The bedroom features a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a 65-inch TV with a DVD player, while the living room includes a fabric sofa with a sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch TV with a DVD player. The unit features two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub. The first bathroom also includes a skylight, bringing in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, making it easy to feel right at home. A sunroom overlooks your private, fenced-in courtyard and includes a foosball table for added entertainment. Unit #1A is located separately from the main building at the beachfront Holiday Surf & Racquet Club, offering a quiet, peaceful, and private setting. While it does not have a Gulf view, it provides easy, direct access to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and parking—no elevators or stairs required. Additional amenities include high-speed wireless internet, a high-efficiency washer and dryer, and a grill on the patio, perfect for outdoor cooking.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
