A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is centrally located in the home. East 1404 even has a UV sanitizing light in the heating/air-conditioning system to maintain cleanliness throughout the condo.

The master bedroom has a split king bed with dual elevation adjustment and vibration controls, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, large closet and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beautiful condo! It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very well appointed. The kitchen was completely stocked with dishes, cookware, and tools, and had upgraded appliances. My only complaint is that our shower had a window with a clear body view from outside, so we showered in the dark. Frosted window film would solve the problem. Otherwise, this place was perfect!

Destin was awesome!

This home was above and beyond our expectations! My husband and I had the pleasure of vacationing with our adult children. We could not have asked for a better location. The home was spectacular for five adults. We are definitely going to try to come back!

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve found on the Gulf Coast. Modern appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen. Wonderful big balcony with comfortable furniture. I highly recommend this place.

The condo was beautiful, and clean! We had 3 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable.The view was amazing! And access to the beach and pool was very easy! Be sure to reserve your beach chairs like a week before your trip other wise you will be a couple rows back from the water. Lesson we learned this trip but it really wasn't a big deal we were still able to have chairs . The entire property was kept in emaculent condition! We had a great stay and would definitely return!

Condo was dirty and to many issues. Will not stay there again.

The condo was not clean on arrival. There was ibuprofen napkins and loose change left in bedside drawer in sm bedroom. Furniture was very dusty. Check the plant container in master bedroom. You can see where i rubbed my finger across the dust. Ice maker wouldnt work. Jacuzzi in master bathroom was broken and wouldn't work. Dirty dish towels in clothes basket above washer and dryer. Felt very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the unit. Overall very disappointed. We spent first day wiping and cleaning kitchen and leather sofa before we would even use it.
