We had a wonderful time! Saw dolphins every morning from the balcony! Condo is well equipped! And beautifully decorated! Gail was great to check in and address any problems! Only complaint, and it is minor, master shower could use some grout cleaner. And other bath tub in the hall was slippery! But the condo was clean and comfortable! There was a problem with the door handle that was addressed immediately by Gail, who is very attentive! We would definitely book this condo again.

This condo has room to spare for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. View was amazing, clean as a pin! Elevators super fast and pool area fantastic. Everything you could possibly need to cook a meal and the Beach closet with all the toys and beach chairs was an added plus! Can’t say enough great things about it! Have stayed many many condos in 40 years of coming to beach every year. This one was one of the best.

The accommodations were great. However, I Thought that all three rooms were king-size suites. One of the rooms did not have an in suite bathroom like I thought it was stated. The closet full of chairs & toys were a fantastic find!! Great views out of the master suite bedroom. It was a little to high up for everyone. Being on the 16th floor I don’t know if I ever have been that high before. Great place. Very clean & the staff was very friendly!!!

This property was excellent! The location could not have been better and the property was clean and felt safe. The view of the beach and ocean from the master bedroom and balcony was stunning. The property owner was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and very accommodating. Upon arrival we immediately felt comfortable in the space, which had all of the amenities of home. Having a fully stocked kitchen was wonderful and proximity to the grocery store made it easy to fill the fridge. The little things like having outlet extenders by the bed, beach chairs and supplies in the closet, and not having to wait and unload the dishwasher before departing made such a difference. Thank you Gail for helping make our vacation so effortless!

Perfect in every way.

My group of six girlfriends go on a beach trip every year. We almost always stay at Silver Beach Towers. While all the units we have stayed in were great and we have always been extremely pleased, the owners of this unit really hit every detail. Comfortable seating for 6 everywhere. Balcony chairs are bistro height so you are not looking at the beach through a railing. Kitchen loaded with everything we could have needed and all were of high quality. The condo is smartly decorated in a beach theme, without looking cheesy. Gail, the unit owner, was extremely responsive - always. We only had questions about little things - absolutely no complaints. I could write paragraphs. Suffice it to say, I will be contacting Gail ASAP to book this great condo next year.

The overall stay was wonderful. Very nice beach. Clean condo. The only issues we had during our stay is when I had asked previously a couple times (and it is says in the listing) if the pool was HEATED?? Was told Yes it was heated.. it clearly is NOT heated. The pool was very very cold. The second issue was the tub in the master suite did not work either. Other than this it’s a pleasant place to stay.
