In a small gated enclave directly on the beach, Destin vacation rental Sandpiper Cove 2121 epitomizes the Florida beach vacation. Walk out of your cottage and you are on the sand and feeling the spray of the Gulf of Mexico. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this.

Entering this newly remodeled cottage, you would be forgiven if you couldn’t tell where the inside ends and the outside begins. The beach colors blend seamlessly from the décor to the stunning beach views from the picture windows and balcony that seems to go on forever.

This three-bedroom, three-bath cottage sleeps eight and is situated steps away from the beach-front pavilion with a snack shop. Sandpiper Cove offers a 9-hole, 3-par golf course on site. There are five community pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and water taxi rides to take you along Destin Harbor. Tennis, community outdoor hot tub, Pickle Ball court, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pit, and Bocce Ball court are all amenities to enhance your Florida family beach vacation. There is also free seasonal beach service to include 2 Chairs and 1 Umbrella.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring door bell.

What a beautiful place. The views were serene from the balcony. It seems newly remodeled, and every part all the way down to the decorating was on point. Plenty of dishes and utensils to cook if you need. But you do need to bring your own spices as there is zero in the unit. Check-in was very easy all communicated via email and the login portal. Super easy to use, but they are sticklers about the parking passes. We’ll definitely be back. It’s beautiful there thank you!!

Exceptional property

We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely stay here again. The unit is immaculate with beautiful decor. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances seem brand new. The beach access is quick and easy and the beach is not over-crowded. Our only complaint is that the beach service wasn’t great. We had to find someone to set up our chairs every day even though we paid for the week in advance.

The condo was beautiful! Nicely decorated and clean. The location was perfect for our family and so close to the beach. The views of the gulf are stunning from the deck. If you book this place you won’t be disappointed! We hope to visit again!

Great Family Friendly Condo

The new renovation was absolutely beautiful. The condo had super comfortable beds and pillows and was very clean. Laundry room with wash and dryer was a nice bonus as was having access to the vacuum which worked really well for picking up all the sand. There’s also a private shower to rinse off before coming in which made keeping things clean easier. Had all the necessary kitchen appliances and cooking implements as well. We would love to come back here as our kids loved this beach.
