No streets to cross, you're right on the beach with free parking, heated pool and free beach service (March-October). Enjoy the beach and the pool during the day, followed by a nice walk in the Beautiful Crystal Beach area on Scenic-98 with sidewalks! Walk to Camille for coffee and more. This beachfront condo sleeps 8 on 2 King size beds plus 2 Twin Trundle beds !


Our 3rd floor (top) unit accessible by the elevator or stairs has a loft.

First Level has Living Room with Balcony, Kitchen, Dining Area, Laundry and Master Bedroom with King size bed.

Master bathroom has walk-in shower with a built-in corner bench; and is accessible from the master bedroom and hallway. The balcony has four chairs for watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets as this unit is on the top floor of the complex.

Second Level Loft has King bed in the OPEN SPACE (not a bedroom with privacy). Loft also has a dormer bedroom with two trundle beds. Loft bathroom has tub.

The updated kitchen has stone countertops, a beautiful white backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats five.

Crystal Beach is a beautiful community located in the heart of Destin. You are just a few steps from the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests are a short stroll from several wonderful restaurants and shops that Crystal Beach offers. Head due north one mile to visit the Destin commons for all the shopping and dining you could ever need! The Destin Commons has a bass pro shop if dad forgot his fishing gear and the state of the art AMC Destin Commons Theater! Crystal beach is near the heart of Destin where you’ll find go kart tracks, bowling alleys and the big kahuna water park. (About 5 minute from this home) roughly ten minute down the road is the Destin harbor-home to the largest private charter fishing fleet in the southeast! Enjoy deep sea fishing excursions, dolphin cruises and even pirate cruises for the kids!

HOUSE AND RESORT RULES


- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for occupancy of 4 including children/infants and extra person fees will apply per night er person if occupancy is increased over 4 after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

We are the Colasan family managing Paul & Angela's unit. I am a scuba instructor, vintage car collector, frequent traveler. Father to 2 sons. Love travelling with family.
